I offer compassionate, evidence-based counselling for parents looking for help with their young child’s sleep.
Whether you’re dealing with:

Parent education and counselling are based on empirically supported behavioural interventions including “sleep training” (graduated extinction) and positive bedtime routines.
Services may be covered by Extended Health Care Benefit Plans.
